Order & Delivery Information

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped from the warehouse.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during holiday seasons and sale periods.

Should there be additional delays to the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low inventory supply), you will be notified on the product page.

You should receive your purchases in 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of your order. Delivery hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Express Shipping orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation.

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders above $300 in United States. Taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Restrictions

Currently, we only deliver orders to residents of the United States of America.

Signing Your Delivery

If you won’t be home, be sure to appoint someone to receive the order on your behalf. In the event of a failed delivery, our delivery partner will contact you and attempt another delivery.
