CANCELLATION

twoplus Products

Due to the personal nature of twoplus products, cancellations are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.  

twoplus does not accept cancellations if:

  • You have changed your mind after your order has been shipped. 
  • You over-ordered. 
  • You decided not to use the product after your purchase.   

REFUND & REPLACEMENT FOR FAULTY GOODS

twoplus only offers the refund or replacement of goods if they are found defective or damaged upon delivery.

twoplusreserves the right to request evidence to assess and confirm whether the defect or damage occurred upon delivery before proceeding with the refund or replacement. All refunds and replacements are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the personal nature of twoplusproducts, we do not offer exchanges nor is there a need for you to return faulty goods after the purchase.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND REPLACEMENT REQUESTS

To initiate a cancellation, refund, or replacement request, please email service@twoplushealth.com. You will receive a form to be filled out. 

Once twoplus has received your form, you will be notified if your request is approved or not. If the cancellation, refund, or replacement is approved, twopluswill process the reimbursement using the same payment method employed by you for the initial transaction. Please understand that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
